Now, you knew this had to be done! With any type of website that sort of gives advice, you have to have a disclaimer. I just want to be sure you all take care of yourself whether or not you are losing weight on your own or following some sort of structured plan. I had this on every page at first, then I got tired of seeing it all the time. This way, you gotta look at it. But then, you don’t have to see it again. So, here we go!

Y’all know I’m not a doctor. I’m just a big girl that’s to losing weight. This stuff is my opinion and views. Some of it came from what happened or is happening to me, and some came from other people I trust. Your experiences might be different. Go see your doctor before you start to do anything. It would defeat the purpose to hurt yourself or even die while you are trying to feel better. The host company of this website, my family, my friends, or especially my mother, does not endorse what I say or the way that I say it.. (love you ma! don’t hit me ) It is all me! Aren’t y’all proud?
