When I decided to do this, you know I had to cover my butt.  I don’t want y’all going around saying, Mikki said I need to do this, or Mikki said I need to do that.  No no!  Not gonna happ’n Cap’n!
Here’s the thing.  I’m not a doctor, nutritionist or anything like that.  I’m just a big girl on a mission to get my body to do things I want it to.  Your experience may be different.
Well, you already know that everyone is different.  The things that may work for me may or may not work for you.  You have to talk to your doctor before you even attempt to do anything like I’m doing.  I really don’t want to see you hurt yourself, especially when you’re trying to be healthier.  So, talk to them and get the ok first.
Everything on here are the experiences, I’m going or have gone through, good, bad and ugly.
Now that I’ve got all of that out the way.  Come on, cop a squat, stick around and see what it takes to lose 400 pounds!  Pray for me!  *wink*
