<p>THIS is the meal that I was talking about the flash diet working on.  I REALLY wanted some cheese grits for this meal.  But, then I was like, &#8220;Now, you&#8217;ve done good all day&#8230;even at the Olive Garden.  Do you REALLY want to put something that you don&#8217;t need right now online?&#8221;  *rolling eyes*  No.  So, I got the tuna and spinach out and went to town.  It was good too.  And, if it wasn&#8217;t for the flash diet, I would&#8217;ve went to sleep feeling bad.  So, yeah&#8230;.it works!  *shrugs*  Who&#8217;da&#8217;thunk&#8217;it?!!</p>
<p>Anyway, it was a GOOD eating day.  I mean if it would&#8217;ve only been me eating 1 breadstick&#8230;.hell, THAT ALONE would&#8217;ve been a fantastic day!  *wipes drool*  I mean have you tried one of those things?  I swear it&#8217;s laced with crack!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still tracking, but one day, I hope to just do this instead of having to track.  We&#8217;ll see how that goes.</p>
<p>Welp, time try go to sleep&#8230;.</p>

<em> Gina&#8217;s Weight Watcher Recipes</em><br />
<em> Servings: 9 • Serving Size: 1 roll • Old Points: 4 pts • Points+: 6 ww pts</em><br />
<em> Calories: 224.9 • Fat: 5.1 g • Fiber: 3.4 g • Protein: 13.0 g • Carbs: 31.5</em></p>
<p><em> Ingredients: </em></p>
<ul>
<li><em>9 lasagna noodles, cooked</em></li>
<li><em>10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained</em></li>
<li><em>15 oz fat free ricotta cheese (I like Polly-o)</em></li>
<li><em>1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese</em></li>
<li><em>1 egg</em></li>
<li><em>salt and fresh pepper</em></li>
<li><em>32 oz <a href="http://weight-watchers-points-recipes.blogspot.com/2009/02/filetto-di-pomodoro-1-ww-pt.html">tomato sauce</a></em></li>
<li><em>9 tbsp (about 3 oz) part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded</em></li>
</ul>
<p><em> Directions: </em><br />
<em> Preheat oven to 350°. Combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Ladle about 1 cup sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 12 baking dish.</em></p>
<p><em> Place a piece of wax paper on the counter and lay out lasagna noodles. Make sure noodles are dry. Take 1/3 cup of ricotta mixture and spread evenly over noodle. Roll carefully and place seam side down onto the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.</em></p>
<p><em> Ladle sauce over the noodles in the baking dish and top each one with 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Put foil over baking dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until cheese melts. Makes 9 rolls.</em></p>
<p><em> To serve, ladle a little sauce on the plate and top with lasagna roll.</em></p>
<p>I can&#8217;t wait to make this.  It really looks good!!</p>

<p><img class="alignleft" src="http://www.thatdamnscale.com/images/reverse.gif" alt="" width="122" height="180" />Today was the first day of my &#8220;reverse tracking&#8221;.  Some people call it &#8220;upside down tracking&#8221; too.  But, whatever you call it&#8230;.it works!!!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m a late night person.  For some reason, I can&#8217;t seem to get my butt to bed before 8am or out of the bed before 4pm.  So, yeah&#8230;.my days are ALL screwed up!  That messed with my tracking too.  I would track all my food and then get discouraged after dinner because I was still hungry&#8230;.well&#8230;mentally hungry and I didn&#8217;t have any more calories left.  But, would I let that stop me from eating?  Nope!  I would just continue to eat and just not track it&#8230;.as if&#8230;by some miracle&#8230;if I didn&#8217;t track it, it didn&#8217;t count.  Ha!  Like THAT worked!!!</p>
<p>Well, I&#8217;m trying reverse tracking.  You just simply track your dinner in the &#8220;breakfast&#8221; slot for the next day, that makes you move your breakfast to the lunch slot and your lunch to the dinner slot.   So basically, instead of going from when you wake up until you go to sleep&#8230;normally a 12am to 12am (24 hour day)&#8230;MY 24 hour day is from 10pm to 10pm.  So instead of feeling like I&#8217;ve ruined my day after dinner, my &#8220;coints&#8221; (calories and points) reset everyday at 10pm.  How great is THAT?!!!</p>
<p>Now, instead of dreading the night, I look forward to it because I have a full day of coints!  It just makes me honest and I TRULY track EVERYTHING!!!  I know it&#8217;s basically the same thing, but if you&#8217;re a late night eater and fudge on your tracking at night, this is PERFECT for you.  If you&#8217;re &#8220;normal&#8221; then this probably wouldn&#8217;t work for ya.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m SO glad I found it.  I started last night and today, because I&#8217;m not a big day eater, I didn&#8217;t feel pressured to eat a big breakfast or lunch.   I can eat what&#8217;s &#8220;normal&#8221; for me!</p>
<p>Day 1&#8230;.check!!  Day 2&#8230;.I&#8217;m looking forward to ya!!</p>

<p><em><strong>Ginormous Oatmeal Cookie</strong></em></p>
<p>1/3 c quick oats<br />
1/3 c dry powdered milk<br />
1 tbsp. flour<br />
1/4 tsp. baking powder<br />
1/4 tsp. cinnamon<br />
1 tbsp. Raisins<br />
1 tbsp. Equal<br />
1/4 c Unsweetened applesauce</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix ingredients until blended. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.  Spread mixture out on cookie sheet.  Spread it until it&#8217;s about 1/2 inch thick. It makes 1 ginormous cookie. Cook for for 15-18 min.</p>
<p>As you can see by the ingredients, it&#8217;s healthy and can&#8217;t be that high in calories/points.  When I make it, I&#8217;ll figure all that out.  I just need to make sure of the nutritional data off of each ingredient.  Oh I can&#8217;t wait to make this!!!!!</p>

<p>I track Calories and Points.  The Potassium chart are Points not Potassium.</p>
<p>As you can see, this past month has been so so&#8230;.some days under, some days over&#8230;.and some days I didn&#8217;t even track.  But, this was the time I used to get back to tracking.  Now that these days are over, I can track what I do and TRULY earn my perky pencils.</p>
<p>This first one is for the last 30 days, but the future ones will be weekly&#8230;..every Monday after I&#8217;ve finished for the day.</p>

<p>Yep, that&#8217;s EXACTLY how I feel when this trigger happens.  How can it even be one?  What is it?  When I&#8217;m tired.  Yep, that&#8217;s all.  When I&#8217;m tired, I feel like I can never get full and I will eat like I&#8217;m crazy.  I hate it too.  I was really tired yesterday and although I didn&#8217;t go off plan with my eating, I felt like I could&#8217;a started gnawing on the couch at any moment!  It was horrible.</p>

<p><img class="aligncenter" src="http://www.thatdamnscale.com/images/ice_cream.jpg" alt="" />This was my breakfast today and it was GOOOOOOOD!!!!  But, doesn&#8217;t it look like throw up?  I was going to clean off the sides of bowl, but then I was like&#8230;.oh what tha hey&#8230;it looks disgusting anyway&#8230;.might as well gone ahead and leave it.  But, it&#8217;s actually a smoothie that I messed with too little milk, so I decided to eat it like ice cream. I know you&#8217;re wondering what&#8217;s in it&#8230;so here&#8217;s the recipe:</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Green Smoothie</span><br />
1 1/2 c  Low Fat 1% milk<br />
1 1/2 c  Fresh spinach<br />
1 scoop Strawberry protein<br />
200 g   Frozen fruit (I love strawberries and blueberries)<br />
Equal to taste</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it&#8230;.put it all in a blender and blend.  Enjoy.</p>
<p>This one is so good for you because you get your dairy, protein, veggie and fruit all in one drink.  Too good!!!</p>
<p>Anyway, I know you&#8217;re wondering about what&#8217;s I&#8217;m using as a scoop? Well, I&#8217;ll let you&#8217;re out of your misery&#8230;.they&#8217;re <a href="http://aldi.us/us/html/offers/2827_16571_ENU_HTML.htm" target="_blank">Pizzelle Italian Cookies</a>.  I like the Anise (caramel) flavored ones.  But, this week at Aldi, I found the chocolate ones.  I haven&#8217;t tried those yet, but I&#8217;m anxious to.  They are really good and you can eat six of them for 140 calories and 3 points (old points system).  Sorry, but I don&#8217;t do the PP system, so I couldn&#8217;t tell you what they are.   But, it feels like you&#8217;re &#8220;cheating&#8221; because you get so many of them, but they are good&#8230;especially with this &#8220;throw up&#8221;.</p>
<p>Now, I might be going to the toilet for the rest of the day&#8230;.but it was a GOOD breakfast&#8230;.nasty looking and all!</p>
